By listing on the MLS, it places your property in front of many Realtors and in front of many buyers on Realtor.com.

We don't provide newspaper advertising (because we're not charging enough). Please remember, you are free to take out ads on your own (you don't have to pay a Realtor to do this for you).
We don't hold open houses (because we're saving so many clients so much money that we simply don't have the time). You are also free to hold open houses on your own (you don't have to pay a Realtor to do this for you).
We believe sellers should not have to pay so much of their money to sell their property with a Realtor.

First, we list your house in the MLS. Second, after a buyer is found, we help you with the necessary paperwork to take you to a successful closing (Option 3). Get it?... You can save literally $1000s and STILL have MLS exposure for your home. You will work directly with a licensed real estate Broker to list your home in your local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and also on the national MLS site, Realtor.com®.

We partner with you, forming a "Home Selling Team." We answer questions, give advice, and offer assistance. If you choose Listing Option 3, we receive and help you negotiate offers and counter offers from other agents, write offers for unrepresented buyers, order title work, follow inspections, and even schedule the closing if needed. You will receive all the direct broker assistance you desire.
